Terms & Conditions of Service

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "7pin", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the 7pin online gaming platform operated under the domain 7pin.cam and all associated services.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a User following successful registration on the 7pin platform.
• "User", "you", or "Player" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the 7pin services.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, and ancillary services provided by 7pin, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and promotional activities.
• "Website" refers to the 7pin platform accessible at 7pin.cam and all mobile-optimized versions thereof.
• "Deposit" means any funds transferred by a User into their 7pin Account using approved payment methods.
• "Withdrawal" means any funds transferred from a User's 7pin Account to an external payment method owned by that User.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional funds, free spins, or other incentives awarded by 7pin subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Any reference to a statute or statutory provision includes any modification or re-enactment thereof.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the 7pin platform. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. 7pin reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Geographic and Legal Restrictions

The 7pin services are intended for use by residents of the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable local, provincial, and national laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. If online gambling is prohibited or restricted in your area, you must not register for or use the 7pin platform. 7pin reserves the right to restrict access from certain IP addresses or geographic locations at its sole discretion.

2.3 Account Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You must not register using false or misleading information, and you must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account. Multiple Accounts created by the same User, whether intentionally or through negligence, may be closed without notice, and any associated funds or winnings may be forfeited.

2.4 Verification and KYC Requirements

7pin operates in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards applicable in the Philippines. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's License, Passport), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and proof of payment method ownership (screenshots of GCash account, bank statements showing account holder name). Withdrawals may be delayed or denied until satisfactory verification is completed. Failure to provide requested documents within fourteen (14) days may result in Account suspension.

3. Account Obligations and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activities conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions, bets, and withdrawals made using your Account credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must notify 7pin customer support immediately via live chat.

3.2 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided to 7pin during registration and thereafter is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change, including changes to your address, contact information, or payment methods. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

3.3 Personal Use Only

Your 7pin Account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any other person to use your Account or to access the Services through your Account. You must not transfer, sell, or assign your Account to any third party. Accounts found to be used for commercial purposes, professional gambling operations, or on behalf of third parties will be immediately closed.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

7pin accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and Metrobank, and cryptocurrency (USDT via TRC20 and ERC20 networks). All payment methods used must be registered in your own legal name and must match the name on your 7pin Account. Third-party payments, including deposits made on your behalf by friends, family members, or any other individuals, are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate confiscation of funds and Account suspension.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 PHP for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya) and ₱500 PHP for bank transfers. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 PHP. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and VIP tier. Standard accounts may withdraw up to ₱50,000 PHP per transaction and ₱200,000 PHP per month. VIP members enjoy higher limits as detailed in the VIP program terms. 7pin reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours after approval, subject to completion of KYC verification. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are generally processed faster than bank transfers. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification time. 7pin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or blockchain network congestion in the case of cryptocurrency withdrawals.

4.4 Currency and Exchange Rates

All transactions on the 7pin platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit using a payment method denominated in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply foreign exchange conversion fees. 7pin is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees charged by third parties.

4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions and Wagering Requirements

Deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements as outlined in the applicable bonus terms. Attempting to withdraw funds without meeting minimum wagering requirements may result in cancellation of the withdrawal request and potential Account review.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

7pin offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. Eligibility for bonuses is determined at 7pin's sole discretion. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. You must read and accept the applicable bonus terms before claiming any promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount before any winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a ₱1,000 PHP bonus requires ₱35,000 PHP in total wagers before withdrawal. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10-20%, and certain games may be excluded entirely. 5.3 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

7pin employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, colluding with other players, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, and using VPNs or proxy servers to circumvent geographic restrictions. Any User found to be abusing bonuses will have their Account immediately suspended, all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the platform. 7pin reserves the right to void bets, reverse transactions, and confiscate funds in cases of suspected fraud.

5.4 Promotional Changes and Cancellations

7pin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to bonus terms will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. It is your responsibility to review the current terms before claiming any bonus.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games on the 7pin platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers and use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are determined at the moment you place your bet and cannot be altered by 7pin or any other party thereafter. 7pin does not guarantee any particular outcome or return-to-player (RTP) percentage for individual gaming sessions, though long-term RTP statistics are provided by game developers.

6.2 Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that your bets are placed correctly before confirmation. 7pin will not accept liability for user error, including but not limited to incorrect bet amounts, accidental game selection, or misunderstanding of game rules. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or display error, all affected bets and payouts will be void, and affected wagers will be refunded.

6.3 Maximum Payouts

Unless otherwise specified in a particular game's rules, the maximum payout from a single bet or gaming session is ₱10,000,000 PHP. This limit applies to the total combined payout across all bet types and features within a single game round. Progressive jackpot prizes are exempt from this limit and will be paid according to the jackpot terms.

6.4 Disconnections and Technical Issues

In the event of a disconnection or interruption during gameplay, any active bets will be settled according to the game's rules as recorded on our servers. For live casino games, if you are disconnected during an active round, the round will continue without further input from you, and standard game rules will apply. It is your responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection. 7pin is not liable for losses resulting from connection issues on your end.

7. Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

7.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, fund confiscation, and potential legal action:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or game errors
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes
• Money laundering or using 7pin for illegal financial transactions
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions
• Using VPNs or proxy servers to conceal your true location
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 7pin staff
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the platform's security

7.2 Account Suspension and Closure

7pin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the platform. Upon Account closure, any remaining balance will be forfeited if the closure is due to a breach of these Terms. If the closure is initiated by 7pin for reasons other than Terms violations, your remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees.

7.3 Self-Exclusion and Voluntary Closure

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. If you wish to self-exclude due to gambling-related concerns, please refer to our Responsible Gaming policy for information on self-exclusion periods and support resources. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your Account, and any attempts to create new accounts will result in immediate closure.

8. Intellectual Property and License

8.1 Ownership

All content on the 7pin platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, and game interfaces, is the property of 7pin or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The 7pin name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks owned by 7pin.

8.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 7pin grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the 7pin platform without prior written permission.

8.3 Restrictions

You may not use the 7pin platform or any content therein for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to operating a competing service, scraping data for commercial use, or displaying 7pin content on third-party websites without authorization. Any unauthorized use may result in Account termination and legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

7pin strives to provide continuous service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time for maintenance, updates, or any other reason without prior notice or liability.

9.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7pin disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will meet your expectations, that results will be accurate or reliable, or that defects will be corrected. You assume all risks associated with your use of the platform.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 7pin, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9.4 Third-Party Services

The 7pin platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, including payment processors and game providers. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those services.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, for the resolution of any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Services.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact 7pin customer support via live chat or email to attempt an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal proceedings. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against 7pin.

10.3 Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding the Services, please contact our customer support team with a detailed description of the issue. We will investigate all complaints promptly and respond within seven (7) business days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority in the Philippines.

11. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

11.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

7pin is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing a safe entertainment environment. We encourage all players to gamble responsibly and within their means. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a way to make money or solve financial problems. If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, we urge you to seek help immediately.

11.2 Self-Exclusion Options

12. Changes to Terms and Communication

12.1 Amendments

7pin reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cease using the Services and close your Account.

12.2 Communication Methods

By creating an Account, you consent to receive communications from 7pin via email, SMS, and push notifications. These communications may include promotional offers, account updates, security alerts, and important announcements. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time through your Account settings, but you cannot opt out of essential service communications related to your Account or transactions.

12.3 Language

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

12.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

12.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 7pin regarding your use of the Services. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.
